Hi, I'm Patricia Castillo, LMHC, C-DBT, C-CTP. I believe that each person already carries the inner resources needed for growth and healing. My role as a therapist is to help you access those strengths, remove obstacles, and cultivate resilience so you can move beyond simply surviving to truly flourishing.
My approach is rooted in Positive Psychology, I measure wellbeing rather than suffering by focusing on what’s best in you: your character strengths, values, and natural resilience. Alongside this, I integrate energy healing, mindfulness, and holistic practices to support both emotional and spiritual growth.
I often work with clients who are experiencing high levels of anxiety, often linked to trauma. Together, we explore how trauma lives in the body, gently release it, and open the way to post-traumatic growth. In our sessions, you can expect to feel seen, validated, and safe in a space that honors your individual journey.
I am also a Master-level Reiki Energy Healer and Teacher, certified in DBT, Positive Psychology, Complex Trauma Therapy (EMDR, Parts Work, CPT, Polyvagal Theory), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. These diverse tools allow me to tailor therapy that nurtures both the mind and body, creating lasting transformation.
